Dr. Prem Prasad Silwal is a finance scholar and educator with a PhD specializing in capital structure and financial constraints in the Nepalese context. He is a faculty member at Nepal College of Management, Kathmandu University, where he teaches financial management, the Nepali financial system, investment, and corporate finance. He also supervises research students and plays a key role in publishing the International Research Journal of Management (IRJM). His research interests include stock market anomalies, investor behavior, debt financing, green finance, financial inclusion, fintech, and sustainability. With over 15 years of teaching experience, Dr. Silwal has co-authored books on financial management and corporate finance and has published extensively in national and international journals. He has also presented his research at various international conferences. Actively engaged in academic initiatives, Dr. Silwal has prepared research proposals for grants from the University Grants Commission, Nepal, and has served as a resource person at multiple academic events organized by various colleges in Kathmandu. His extensive research and publications have earned significant recognition, with a notable number of citations reflecting the impact of his work.
